Annual servicing keeps your boiler running efficiently, catches small problems before they become repair bills and keeps the manufacturer's warranty valid. We carry out a full manufacturer spec service following the Gas Safe checklist, not the 15-minute drop-in some firms get away with.
Our approach to boiler servicing.

Initial safety checks
Visual inspection of the boiler, flue, ventilation and clearances. Anything unsafe is flagged before any further work.

Inspection and clean
Casing off, internal components inspected, burner and heat exchanger cleaned, condensate trap checked, seals and joints verified.

Combustion and pressure tests
Gas working pressure, gas rate, combustion ratio and flue gas tested with an electronic analyser. Expansion vessel and safety valves checked.

Performance check
Boiler fired up, controls and thermostat verified, fine adjustments made for optimal combustion and efficiency.

Service report
Service log book stamped, digital certificate emailed and any items needing attention flagged with a clear quote. Never pressure sold.
